This procedure can be then repeated a few times in order to achieve growth. The problem with his method is the fact that it is very expensive, requires long periods of recovery, and can also be very painful.

Can You Grow Taller by Other Methods?

Yes you can! Some of the more basic and effective methods of growing taller, at least in appearance, do not even require you to spend a lot of money. This includes but is not limited to:
